Shipping & Orders

We offer free express shipping for all our orders and we ship worldwide. All ORLEONE items are fully insured and sent worldwide with express shipping and require a signature upon delivery.

Most Orleone pieces are custom made by our experienced jewelry production team. Standard production time is approximately 2-3 weeks after payment and, where applicable, final design/CAD confirmation, followed by 6-10 business days of shipping depending on destination and carrier. During slower or off-season periods, some orders may be completed sooner. Complex custom designs, rare gemstones, special cuts, CAD revisions, or detailed settings may require additional time. If you have a specific deadline, such as needing delivery within about 20 days, please contact us before ordering or place your order as early as possible and send us your required date. We can review the design, stone availability, and shipping destination, then prioritize handling when feasible and confirm whether a faster delivery timeline is realistic.

Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, or receiving fees incurred. Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country for your destination country. As customs vary from country to country, we are unfortunately not able to advise on these charges, so we would recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order. Inside the European Union, there is no customs tax. For the US, it depends from state to state. It is usually between 2% and 5%, but please research this field to avoid any inconveniences.

Each item comes in a ORLEONE jewelry box. If you would like us to include a gift note in the parcel, please include your message with your order.

Orders may be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of placement. Between 24 and 48 hours, we can assist with cancellation if production, gemstone sourcing, or custom work has not started. Once production or sourcing has begun, a 30% restocking and craftsmanship fee may apply. Rush fees, shipping fees, and special sourcing costs are non-refundable once incurred.

Standard, non-engraved, non-customized items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Fully custom designs, engraved pieces, custom accent stones, special materials, resized or altered items, and approved custom orders are final sale unless there is a confirmed quality issue. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.

After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. U.S. orders commonly ship with USPS or another trackable carrier, while international orders use the carrier best suited to the destination and customs process.
