- Structural Bench Defects: Metal integrity issues, casting porosity, or solder joint failure caused by artisan craftsmanship.
- Prong Maintenance: Tightening loose prongs or re-tipping prongs that loosen through verified normal wear.
- Accent Stone Replacement: Complimentary replacement for small pavé side stones (under 0.05ct) lost due to craftsmanship defects within 1 year.
- Initial Polish & Inspection: Free deep cleaning, ultrasonic inspection, and claw assessment when sent in for an authorized warranty service.
- Center Stone Damage or Loss: Chipping, cracking, breaking, or loss of the main center gemstone due to accidental impact, dropping, or trauma.
- Accidental Wear & Tear: Metal scratches, dented bands, misshapen shanks from gym workouts/heavy lifting, or thinning from friction.
- Chemical Corrosion: Discoloration or metal pitting caused by swimming pools (chlorine), hot springs, perfumes, hand sanitizers, or bleach.
- Third-Party Alterations: Any resizing, stone resetting, or polishing performed by an outside jeweler immediately voids this warranty.
- Loss or Theft: We strongly recommend taking out private personal jewelry insurance to cover accidental loss or theft.

Our master jewelers will evaluate the footage to confirm coverage and issue an authorization form.
Carefully pack the jewelry in a secure box. Customers are responsible for insured round-trip transit.
Our bench artisans complete the repair and comprehensive quality check before dispatching back to you.
Jewelry Care Guidelines to Preserve Your Warranty
Fine jewelry is handcrafted with precious metals and natural gemstones that require mindful handling:
- Remove Before Heavy Activities: Always remove your ring before weightlifting, gym workouts, gardening, sports, or moving heavy objects to avoid bent shanks or damaged prongs.
- Keep Away from Chemicals: Take off rings prior to swimming in chlorinated pools, using hot tubs, applying lotions, cleaning with detergents, or handling cosmetics.
- Gentle Home Cleaning: Clean your jewelry using lukewarm water, mild dish soap, and a very soft baby toothbrush. Pat dry with a clean microfiber cloth.
We provide lifetime bench support for all Orleone pieces. Even after 1 year, we are happy to assist with repairs, stone resetting, or refurbishing at a fair, cost-only bench fee.
Any modifications, stone tightening, or resizing executed by an outside third-party jeweler will void the Orleone One-Year Warranty. Please contact us first so we can coordinate proper bench service.
For repairs within the 1-year window, Orleone covers all bench labor and accent stone materials. The client is responsible for insured round-trip postage to ensure secure transit.
