Most Orleone jewelry is made to order and carefully prepared before shipment. Orders may be shipped from our production studio or fulfillment partner.
Most U.S. orders are delivered by USPS or another trackable carrier. International orders are shipped using the carrier and shipping method best suited to the destination, customs requirements, and delivery reliability.
During slower production periods, some orders may be completed earlier than the estimated timeframe. Complex custom designs, rare or specially selected gemstones, unusual stone cuts, CAD revisions, engraving, or intricate settings may require additional production time.
If additional time is required, our team will contact you after reviewing your order and confirm the expected production schedule.
Orders With a Specific Deadline
If you need your jewelry by a specific date, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order or ordering as early as possible and providing your required delivery date.
Our team can review the design, gemstone availability, production schedule, and destination to determine whether your requested timeline is feasible.
While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate important dates, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed when delays are caused by customs authorities, carriers, severe weather, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Rush Orders
Rush production may be available for selected designs and may shorten the overall order timeline.
Rush availability depends on the design, gemstone availability, current production schedule, and destination. Please contact us before ordering if you require delivery by a specific date.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
All shipments are sent with tracking whenever available. High-value orders or certain destinations may require a signature upon delivery.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For destinations where tax-paid (DDP) shipping is available, applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges are included in the shipping arrangement, with no additional payment required upon delivery.
For certain destinations or shipping methods where tax-paid shipping is not available, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges may be payable by the recipient in accordance with local regulations.
Customs requirements and processing times vary by country and may occasionally affect the final delivery schedule.

Shipping Issues
