Standard production timeline: Each Orleone piece is meticulously handcrafted by our experienced jewelry production team. Standard production time is approximately 2-3 weeks after payment and, where applicable, final design/CAD confirmation.

During slower or off-season periods, some orders may be completed sooner. Complex custom designs, rare gemstones, special cuts, CAD revisions, or detailed settings may require additional time, and we will confirm this with you after reviewing your order.

If you have a specific deadline, such as needing delivery within about 20 days, we can review the design, stone availability, and shipping destination, then prioritize handling when feasible and confirm whether the timeline is realistic.

Production begins once payment is received and required design details are confirmed.

We ship internationally. Orleone orders are prepared by our experienced jewelry production team and shipped from our production studio or fulfillment partner. Items are fully insured whenever available and may require a signature upon delivery.

Most U.S. orders are shipped with USPS or another trackable carrier. International orders are shipped with the carrier best suited to the destination, customs process, and delivery reliability.

30-Day Return Window: Standard, non-engraved, non-customized items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.

Custom and Altered Items: Fully custom designs, engraved pieces, custom accent stones, special materials, resized or altered items, and approved custom orders are final sale unless there is a confirmed quality issue.

Fees: For eligible non-quality returns or exchanges, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. A restocking or craftsmanship fee may apply if the item requires inspection, repair, or remaking.

5. Moonstone and Opal:

   - Clean with a soft, damp cloth.

   - Store away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.

6. Moss Agate and Morganite:

   - Clean with lukewarm, soapy water and a soft brush.

   - Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and extreme temperatures.

7. Moissanite:

   - Clean with mild soap and warm water.

   - Avoid abrasive cleaners and sharp objects that could scratch the surface.

8. Amethyst and Alexandrite:

   - Clean with a soft brush and warm, soapy water.

   - Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

9. Garnet and Tourmaline:

   - Clean with a soft cloth and mild detergent solution.

   - Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and extreme temperatures.

10. Peridot and Aquamarine:

    - Clean with a soft brush and warm, soapy water.

    - Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and sudden temperature changes

Regular cleaning and proper storage are essential for preserving the brilliance and longevity of your jewelry. Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined box to avoid scratches and ensure years of enjoyment.

Natural diamonds over 0.5 ct and qualifying natural center stones such as sapphire, ruby, emerald, or alexandrite over 0.5 ct include a complimentary third-party certificate or gemological report when available.

The issuing laboratory depends on the stone type and submission availability, so we do not promise one specific institution for every stone.

Lab-grown gemstones, moissanite, pearls, moonstone, morganite, agate, amethyst, onyx, and similar stones do not include certificates by default. If you would like additional documentation, contact us before ordering and we will confirm the available certificate type, timing, and any cost based on your stone.
