Made to order: Standard production is approximately 2–3 weeks after payment and, when applicable, final design or CAD approval. Complex custom work, rare stones, special cuts, or revisions may require more time.
Delivery: Transit is usually 6–10 business days after production, depending on destination, customs, and carrier conditions.

30-day return window: Eligible standard, non-engraved, non-customized pieces may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery when unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Custom designs, engraved pieces, custom accent stones, special materials, resized or altered items, and approved custom orders are final sale unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
Orleone jewelry includes a 1-year craftsmanship warranty. Coverage and return eligibility depend on the order and condition of the piece.
A complimentary third-party gemological report is provided only when the qualifying natural center stone weighs 0.50 ct or more and is one of the following:
