ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY

Because each Orleone jewelry piece is individually handcrafted and custom stones are reserved immediately following order placement, cancellation and modification requests depend on the progress of our bench artisans.

Orders can be canceled free of charge with no penalty before workshop scheduling or gemstone pulling begins.

24 – 48 Hours
Assisted Cancellation

Eligible for a full refund if metal casting, gem slicing, or custom benchwork has not yet started. Otherwise, subject to bench costs.

After 48 Hours / In Production
30% Craftsmanship Fee

Once bench production, 3D CAD modeling, or bespoke sourcing begins, a 30% restocking and craftsmanship fee applies.

NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES

Please note that certain dedicated service fees cannot be refunded once work has been initiated on your order:

  • Rush Order Service ($50 Flat): The priority bench queue and expedited logistics fee is immediately allocated and non-refundable once production planning has begun.
  • Special Gemstone Sourcing Costs: Rare cuts, custom-selected natural stones, or bespoke sourcing expenses already completed by our gemologist.
  • Shipping & Insurance: Any expedited courier fees or international priority labels once printed or fulfilled.

CANCELLATIONS AFTER DISPATCH

Once a package has left our workshop and been handed over to the courier (USPS, FedEx, DHL, or local post), cancellation is no longer possible.
