Returns & Cancellations

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@orleone.com within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. Our 30-day return policy period begins once the item is delivered.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Within 48 Hours of Purchase
    Canceling an order within the first 48 hours entitles you to a full refund, as production begins only after this period.

  2. After 48 Hours of Purchase
    If canceled after 48 hours, a 30% restocking and craftsmanship fee will be deducted to cover production costs (Rush Order and Shipping Fees will be refunded).

  3. Post-Shipment or After Receipt

    • Non-Quality Issue Returns: Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. (Rush Order and Shipping Fees are non-refundable).
    • Quality Issue Returns: For any quality issues, please contact us with supporting evidence within 3 days of receiving the item for warranty assistance or a return.

Quality vs. Non-Quality Issues

  • Quality Issues: Significant defects such as broken prongs, broken ring bands, or stone loss.
  • Non-Quality Issues: Personal preferences (e.g., style, color, or size concerns) or issues resulting from improper care (e.g., damage from chemicals).

Note: Return shipping is covered by Orleone only if the return is due to a defect or incorrect item sent. In all other cases, the return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products (e.g., engraving, custom designs, and custom accent stones)
  • Rings made with 950 platinum, black gold, salt-and-pepper diamonds, or lab-grown diamonds
  • Items damaged due to improper care
  • Orders outside the US and Canada or items that have undergone repairs

Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day exchange service:

  1. Exchanges Before Receiving the Product

    • Free services for resizing, engraving, or center stone replacement (of the same size and price).
    • Additional $100 charge applies for material upgrades or center stone size upgrades. Simple design changes are available for an additional $200; contact customer service for complex changes.
  2. Exchanges After Receiving the Product

    • Quality Issues: We will address and resolve all quality issues at no cost if you contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
    • Non-Quality Issues: A 30% fee applies to exchanges due to personal preference.

Exchange Process: Pay the exchange fee before sending the product back. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will begin creating the replacement.

Warranty

We provide a 1-year free warranty on all our products, covering:

  • Repairs for quality issues (e.g., stone loss, loose stones, broken prongs) within one year.
  • Resizing (within one size up or down) within 90 days of purchase.

Exclusions:

  • Discoloration from chemicals or misuse
  • Loss or theft of the ring or stones
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, tarnishing)
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications

Resizing

Enjoy our 60-day free resizing service, but please measure your size accurately to avoid resizing issues. Rings can typically be resized up or down by one size. For resizing beyond one size, we recommend remaking the ring at 30% of the original cost.

Note: Rings with full pavé settings or made with 950 platinum are not eligible for resizing.
