After your order is confirmed, our jewelry designer will prepare the CAD design based on the agreed specifications for final design confirmation before proceeding with custom casting and craftsmanship.
The CAD design allows us to confirm:

Please note that the CAD rendering is a design reference and the final handcrafted piece may have slight visual differences due to gemstone characteristics, metal finishing, and craftsmanship.

Orleone rings use US ring sizes. For the most reliable fit, measure the intended finger at the end of the day and compare it with our conversion chart before ordering.
Made to order: Standard production is approximately 2–3 weeks after payment and, when applicable, final design or CAD approval. Complex custom work, rare stones, special cuts, or revisions may require more time.
Delivery: Transit is usually 6–10 business days after production, depending on destination, customs, and carrier conditions.

30-day return window: Eligible standard, non-engraved, non-customized pieces may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery when unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Custom designs, engraved pieces, custom accent stones, special materials, resized or altered items, and approved custom orders are final sale unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
Orleone jewelry includes a 1-year craftsmanship warranty. Coverage and return eligibility depend on the order and condition of the piece.

A complimentary third-party gemological report is provided only when the qualifying natural center stone weighs 0.50 ct or more and is one of the following:

- Natural emeralds
Lab-grown gemstones, moissanite, and other gemstone types do not include a report by default.
