Return, Exchange, Resizing and Warranty Policy
At Orleone, our jewelry is made with care by an experienced production team. The policy below keeps our return, custom order, resizing, and warranty standards clear and consistent.
Eligible Returns and Exchanges
Standard, non-engraved, non-customized items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Fully custom designs, engraved pieces, custom accent stones, special materials, resized or altered items, and approved custom orders are final sale unless there is a confirmed quality issue. The finished custom piece will match the approved design, dimensions, stone type, and metal details.
Cancellation
Orders may be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of placement. Between 24 and 48 hours, we can assist with cancellation if production, gemstone sourcing, or custom work has not started. Once production or sourcing has begun, a 30% restocking and craftsmanship fee may apply. Rush fees, shipping fees, and special sourcing costs are non-refundable once incurred.
Quality Issues
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. Confirmed quality issues will be repaired, replaced, or otherwise resolved by our team.
Non-Quality Returns or Exchanges
For eligible non-quality returns or exchanges, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. A restocking or craftsmanship fee may apply if the item requires inspection, repair, or remaking.
Resizing
We offer one complimentary resize within 60 days of delivery, usually up or down one size. The customer is responsible for round-trip shipping when the original size provided was incorrect. Full pavé bands, eternity styles, 950 platinum pieces, and complex settings may not be resizable or may require remaking for an additional cost.
Warranty
We offer a one-year warranty for confirmed manufacturing defects, including issues such as loose stones, stone loss, or broken prongs caused by craftsmanship. Normal wear, chemical damage, impact damage, loss, theft, incorrect care, and unauthorized repairs or alterations are not covered.
