Once your requirements are confirmed, our designer will prepare a professional CAD rendering for your review.

CAD Design Timeline

CAD drawings are generally completed within 1–2 business days.

For designs involving more complex structures, advanced craftsmanship, or during peak order periods, the design process may require an additional 1–2 business days.

CAD Fee Credit

The CAD design fee is not an additional charge when you proceed with the complete custom ring order.

After you approve the design and place the full order, the CAD fee paid through this page will be deducted from the final order total.

CAD images are technical design references and are not intended to represent the exact final appearance of the finished ring. Metal color, gemstone color, brilliance, texture, reflections, and other visual details may appear different in the completed piece.

The final ring will be handcrafted according to the approved CAD design and the confirmed order specifications.

Restocking Fees: In the event of a return, a restocking fee of 30% of the order value will be deducted from the refund amount. It is imperative to note that refunds are not guaranteed if the return process is initiated post-shipment without prior communication.

   - Avoid harsh chemicals and ultrasonic cleaners. 

3. Sapphires and Rubies:

   - Clean with a soft cloth and lukewarm water.

   - Avoid sudden temperature changes and exposure to chemicals.

4. Pearls:

   - Wipe gently with a soft cloth after each wear.

   - Avoid exposure to perfume, hairspray, and cosmetics.

5. Moonstone and Opal:

   - Clean with a soft, damp cloth.

   - Store away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.

6. Moss Agate and Morganite:

   - Clean with lukewarm, soapy water and a soft brush.

   - Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and extreme temperatures.

7. Moissanite:

   - Clean with mild soap and warm water.

   - Avoid abrasive cleaners and sharp objects that could scratch the surface.

8. Amethyst and Alexandrite:

   - Clean with a soft brush and warm, soapy water.

   - Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

9. Garnet and Tourmaline:

   - Clean with a soft cloth and mild detergent solution.

   - Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and extreme temperatures.

10. Peridot and Aquamarine:

    - Clean with a soft brush and warm, soapy water.

    - Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and sudden temperature changes 

Key Reminder:
Regular cleaning and proper storage are essential for preserving the brilliance and longevity of your jewelry. Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined box to avoid scratches and ensure years of enjoyment.

Items that have the GIA certificate mentioned in their description come with the GIA certificate. Diamonds have to be over 0.50ct per piece.

Fancy cut diamonds come with EGL, IGL, or IGI certificate. Diamonds have to be over 0.55ct per piece.

The report provides details about the cut, clarity, and carat weight, along with measurements and other additional information confirming the authenticity and quality of the diamond.

You can select from a variety of diamond shapes and cuts (brilliant, pear, marquise, princess, oval, etc.).

The GIA grades diamonds on a scale of D (colorless) through Z (light color). The diamonds we select for our designs correspond to colors G or F, which means that they are nearly colorless and only a professional gemologist can detect the difference between colors.

Practically all natural diamonds contain small imperfections inside, called inclusions, or on its surface, called blemishes. Clarity refers to the degree to which these imperfections are present. On the scale from included to flawless diamonds, the diamonds in our designs are graded as VS or VVS, which stands for “very slightly” or “very, very slightly included”. Inclusions are minor and only visible under a magnifying glass and not to the naked eye.
